About Us

Named after the four children of the co-founders, ETEMA Capital was born from a statement that took place in the waiting area during parent teacher conferences at their kids’ school.  In a conversation between two fathers that naturally led to prospective day jobs, the other individual said he is a real estate investor and mentioned, “I want my children to grow up not ever having to worry about money.”  Sai-Kit was both struck with awe and regret. Awe, that this investor was able to provide such a degree of financial freedom, not just for himself but for his children as well. Regret, that he had invested the better part of his life in the medical field, helping and saving people, yet unable to provide any financial freedom for himself and his family.  He realized he can never leave a legacy in that way as an anesthesiologist, solely relying on a W2 income. This comment was seared into his mind and heart ever since.

Fast forward to the present, with the blessed opportunity to work with amazing coaches and mentors in the world of real estate investment, we are able to bring you the same opportunity we sought once upon a time. ETEMA Capital’s founding couple, Sai-Kit and Nancy have combined real estate experience of over 20 years, with 6+ years in the multifamily space. To date, we have collaborated with our strategic partners on close to 2000 units, worth $490M in assets.  We truly believe real estate holds the key to achieving financial freedom. ETEMA Capital looks forward to partnering with you and your family to achieve financial freedom for generations to come.
